Sirius Microwave offers high-performance RF and microwave solutions up to 40 GHz – including Bipolar and GaAs FET amplifiers, wideband 90° hybrids, image reject mixers up to 20 GHz, custom specific lumped element and cavity filters and Group Delay Equalized IF Filters.  Our portfolio also includes couplers, splitters, limiters, attenuators, fast RF switches, and custom-designed subsystems – from cryogenic applications to scalable high-volume production.
